White Bean Dip - This versitile dip can be used as a dip with veggies, as a spread on a sandwich or instead of butter on bread
Hummus - Fresh chickpeas with tahini. Add roasted garlic, roasted peppers, olives or fresh herbs to make this a healthy snack with veggies
Palmiers - Puff pastry pinwheels with delectable fillings
Spanikopita - A savory blend of spinach and feta wrapped in phyllo. A Greek favorite
Satay Chicken - Chicken skewers with a peanut dipping sauce. Spicy or mild.

Garlic Shrimp Cocktail - This is one of our clients favorites. Succulent shrimp is marinated with garlic and olive oil and either grilled or roasted. We chill the shrimp and serve it with your choice of sauces. Smooth guacamole and traditional spicy cocktail sauce are the most popular, but feel free to request your favorite.
