Main dishes are served with appropriate side dishes, generally a starch and a vegetable, unless it’s a one dish meal.  Here is just a small selection of dishes available.  Please note, many dishes can be made with other meats or vegetarian.  Some dishes may have a surcharge if chosen for a regular cook date.

Chicken Pot Pie* - Three choices available.  Tender chunks of chicken with seasonal vegetables and a biscuit topper.   A creamy mushroom herb sauce with pieces of chicken and a flaky crust.  Cheesy chicken and veggies with a pastry top.  Can also be made with beef or lamb.

Chicken Marsala - A classic Italian dish with mushrooms and marsala wine. 

Seitan Marsala* - A vegetarian twist on chicken marsala. 

Meat Lasagna - Ground beef, tomatoes, noodles and cheese baked until gooey and delicious

Lasagna* - Traditional lasagna with bechemel sauce,  Can be made with "seitan meat sauce" or ground beef.

Veggie Lasagna* - Lasagna with a twist.  Alternating layers of grilled vegetables and noodles with sauce and cheese

Butternut Squash Lasagna* - Traditional lasagna with a butternut squash bechamel sauce.  A wonderful fall treat

Beef Stew - Slow cooked with tender chunks of beef, carrot and potato.  Warms you right up

Chicken Paprika - Enjoy this Hungarian specialty over buttered egg noodles

Stuffed Shells - Traditional Italian fare.  Creamy ricotta filling nestled on sauce with a generous topping of cheese.

Quiche - Your choice of fillings

Penne alla Vodka* - Top with sauted or grilled chicken, shrimp, scallops or salmon

Enchilada Camarones - A Cuban specialty.  Shrimp in a rich spicy tomato sauce.  Served with rice and beans.  You will want extra bread to get all the sauce

Picadillo - Cuban ground beef with tomato, onions, raisins.  Can be served over rice, in Emplanadas, in a Cuban Pot Pie, as taco filling. 

Chili Rellenos* - Poblano chilis stuffed with vegetables and a choice of seitan, beef, chicken, pork, beans or seafood, topped with cheese and baked.

Jade chicken - Julienne chicken with fresh green vegetables

Moo Goo Gai Pan - Chicken with ginger, mushrooms and bamboo shoots

Eggplant Parmigiana* - Traditionally served with tomato sauce and cheese.  Breaded eggplant can be  either baked or pan fried.

Chicken Cacciatore - A customer favorite!  Tender chicken in a flavorful tomato sauce.

Baked Ziti* - Tender pasta baked in a homemade sauce with meat sauce or lots of gooey cheese.  Either way, you’ll love it!

Chicken Parmigiana - Tender chicken with tomato sauce and cheese.  Chicken can be breaded and pan fried, breaded and baked or just grilled for a healthier version.

Shrimp Scampi - Shrimp sauted in butter, garlic and herbs. 

Calamari Fra Diavlo - Tender rings of calamari in a spicy tomato sauce… from the devil

Mediterranian Chicken - Chicken sauted with artichokes, capers, olives and a touch of lemon

Pad Thai* - Signature Thai dish.  Stir fried noodles with bean sprouts, scallions and peanuts.  Can be made with tofu, beef, chicken or shrimp

Thai Red Curry* - Your choice of tofu, chicken, beef or shrimp with red curry, coconut milk, onions, red peppers and basil

Palak Paneer* - Cheese cubes served in a creamy spinach gravy.  An Indian favorite.

Chicken Tikka Masala - An Indian Restaurant favorite.  Tikka chicken in a creamy spiced tomato sauce.

Pasta Primavera* - Your choice of pasta with sauted seasonal vegetables and your choice of red sauce, alfredo or white wine sauce

Veal Picatta - Tender veal in a wine sauce with capers, lemon and garlic. 

Veal Saltimbocca - Scallopini of veal on a bed of spinach topped with prociutto and mozzarella in a wine sauce. 

House Special Risotto* - Creamy rice with your choice of additions. 

Orechiette with Broccoli Rabe* - Sauted garlic and broccoli rabe with pasta and a hint of heat.  With or without sausage

Cedar Plank Salmon - Lightly smoked salmon with a ginger wasabi glaze or with a lemon herb topping.

Fajitas* - Onions, peppers and guacamole with your choice of grilled tofu, chicken, shrimp or skirt steak.

Moussaka - Ground seasoned lamb, eggplant and tomatoes are combined in this classic Greek specialty.

Pastitsio - Layers of pasta, ground beef, cheese and cream sauce lightly laced with mint, cinnamon and nutmeg.  A little bit of Greek heaven

Baked Stuffed Lobster Tail - With real seafood stuffing

Beef Wellington - A real special treat for that special occasion.  Filet mignon topped with mushrooms and pate wrapped up in puff pastry.
