Side Dishes
Each meal comes with appropriate side dishes, usually a starch and a vegetable. If a dish is traditionally served with pasta or rice, you will only have a vegetable option. Most sides have reduced fat options. (Please Note: This is only a sampling of the sides we can prepare for you.)
Twice Baked Potato - Not your plain baked potato. It’s filled with a smashed potato filling and topped with bacon and cheese
Fanned Potato - Topped with garlicy bread crumbs and parm
Potato Gratin - Sliced potato casserole with cheesy topping
Smashed Potatoes - Chunky skin-on potatoes…real comfort food
Whipped Potatoes - Because some people don’t like chunks!
Gnocchi - Little pillows of potato pasta with your choice of sauce.
Butternut Polenta - With a touch of maple
Corn Pudding - Not your grandmas creamed corn! This is a cross between corn bread and creamed corn.
Sesame Noodles - These noodles make a great appetizer, side dish or lunch… if you have any left
Pasta Alfredo - Who doesn’t love a velvety Alfredo sauce?
Pasta Primavera - Pair this with grilled steak or chicken and you have a healthy dinner
Mexican Rice - Rice cooked with tomatoes, peppers and a touch of corn
Chinese Fried Rice - With baby shrimp and chinese veggies
Black Bean and Corn Salad - This salad is a meal when served with grilled chicken on a bed of romaine
Macaroni Salad - Tender macaroni noodles with cruchy veggies in a creamy dressing
